Using homemade with premium good quality ingredients is our top priority.

  • Yes. We believe true culinary excellence comes from consistency and trust. You will be paired with a dedicated BNK chef who will learn your tastes intimately and craft each meal with your preferences in mind. They will constantly ask for feedback to make sure they are exceeding your expectations. If, on the rare occurrence, a client isn’t happy with the chef pairing we made, we can absolutely switch to another BNK chef.

  • We have many packages to choose from and we go over all of them during your free 15 Minute Phone consultation. We can pick the one that best suits your needs. We also offer custom packages.

  • Our chefs take care of the grocery shopping for your menu. We will shop based on the preferences you states in your on-boarding food questionnaire. We utilize your existing kitchen equipment and supplement with our professional tools as needed.

  • Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. During these hours, you can reach us by phone call, text message, or email. If you contact us outside of business hours, we will respond as soon as possible on the next business day. We are happy to assist you with scheduling, pausing for a vacation, rescheduling, or any questions you may have about your service.   • Nearly all home kitchens are ideal. During your initial consultation, we assess your space and ensure it supports a seamless, elevated culinary experience. Our chefs are highly adaptive to a variety of home settings. As long as you have basic pots, kitchen tools, some counter space & working oven & stovetop we will figure out the rest!

  • At Brianna's Nutrition Kitchen, our chefs are hand-selected by our owner, professionally trained, and meticulously vetted through comprehensive background checks. We uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and discretion, ensuring every experience is seamless, safe, and enjoyable. All of our chefs are fully insured, and all of our chefs maintain active ServSafe - the nationally recognized standard in food safety training and compliance.

  • We understand the importance of flexibility. As long as you provide at least 14 days' written notice, taking vacations or pausing service is never a problem. We will coordinate seamlessly with your schedule to ensure a smooth transition before and after your time away.
