Acceptance of Terms

Services
Brianna’s Nutrition Kitchen provides in-home personal chef services, meal preparation, meal planning, grocery shopping, private events, and cooking instruction. Services are provided by appointment only and subject to availability. Service areas are limited to approved locations within the United States. We may decline or cancel services outside our service area.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services. The person booking is responsible for payment, access, and compliance with these Terms. Services are intended for U.S. residents only.

Scheduling and Access
You agree to be available at the scheduled service time or provide approved access to your home. You must notify us of schedule changes in advance. We require at least 14 days notice to pause or reschedule recurring services. Late changes may result in fees or cancellation.

Client Responsibilities
You must provide a clean, safe, and functional kitchen. Appliances must be operational. You must disclose all allergies, dietary restrictions, and health-related needs in advance. You are responsible for accurate information. You must provide safe access, utilities, and respectful conduct. Harassment or unsafe behavior results in immediate termination of services.

Payments
You agree to pay all fees disclosed at booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store payment details. Pricing may vary by service type. Payment timing and deposits are disclosed before confirmation. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and Refunds
Recurring services require 14 days notice to pause or cancel without charge. One-time services require at least 7 days notice for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service fee. If we cancel due to emergencies or safety issues, you will receive a refund or reschedule option. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Health and Food Disclaimer
We do not provide medical advice. Nutritional guidance is informational only. Consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical or dietary decisions. Results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for food storage and handling after service completion. We are not liable for issues caused by improper storage or undisclosed health information.

SMS Messaging Terms

Consent
By providing your mobile phone number through our website, 17hats forms, questionnaires, or online scheduling, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Brianna’s Nutrition Kitchen.

Purpose
Messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, service notices, invoices, and document notifications. Messages are transactional and service-related only.

Opt-In
SMS messages are sent only after you opt in through a clear consent checkbox or form. Consent is not required to purchase services, but some communications may be limited without SMS access.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity. We do not send mass marketing text messages.

Opt-Out

Limitation of Liability
